Zero-tolerance Policy for Intoxicating Substances

The safety of our passengers is our top priority at Executive Limousine & Transportation Services, Inc. We have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to the possession, consumption, or intoxication of alcohol and/or illegal substances. This policy is designed to ensure that our drivers are always alert, focused, and able to provide our customers with the highest level of service. Any driver found in violation of this policy will face immediate termination.

This policy applies to all drivers employed by Executive Limousine & Transportation Services, Inc. Substance abuse includes the use of alcohol, and illegal drugs, as well as the misuse of prescription drugs, or any other substance that could impair a driver's ability to safely operate a vehicle.

We conduct pre-employment drug and alcohol testing on all new drivers before they are hired. We also reserve the right to conduct random drug and alcohol testing on our drivers at anytime. Any driver who refuses to submit to a drug or alcohol test will be considered in violation of this policy and will be subject to immediate termination.

If a driver is found to be in violation of this policy, they will be immediately suspended from driving duties and will be subject to an investigation. If the investigation confirms the violation, the driver will be terminated. Any driver who is terminated for a violation of this policy will not be eligible for rehire.

Our zero-tolerance policy for driver substance abuse is essential to ensuring the safety of our passengers. We take this policy seriously and expect all our drivers to comply with it at all times. Any driver who violates this policy will be subject to immediate termination.
